WHAT IS OCD
OCD is a type of anxiety that happens when there is a problem with the way the brain deals with normal worrying and doubts. Sometimes we feel afraid that something may happen , or that bad things may happen to people that we love. This causes a reaction that creates the need within us “To get things Right” and have to check and recheck to make sure we did.
People with OCD can worry so much that they can spend hours even days worrying about issues and trying to make sure they will never happen. OCD becomes all consuming.
